A spiritual companion is someone who accompanies you in your spiritual journey, meeting regularly to listen to for the movement of the Spirit in the warp and weft of your everyday life. If you wish to explore your own deepening or changing faith journey, make space to reflect on your experiences in prayer, or simply to chat about what God might be doing in your life, a Spiritual Director may be for you.
I see those I work with in an ongoing way for an hour once every 6-8 weeks, either in person or via Zoom. Meetings take place between 9am -3pm, Mon-Weds, UK time.
If you're interested in seeing me for spiritual direction, do get in touch and we can schedule an introductory meeting to explore whether we may be a good match.
My training in spiritual accompaniment was with the Jesuits in Ireland at Manresa House (foundation course) and with the Anglican Diocese of Coventry in the UK. I have worked as a Spiritual Companion for 13 years and trained in supervision in 2020.
Pilgrims who support by monthly payment will also have free access to monthly Mini-Retreats and the annual supporters retreat.
Please note the trial period on this tier is to enable time for discernment about working together in this way.

It will include free access to pretty much anything I put on Cademy and I'd also be very happy to offer a bespoke retreat or event for yourself or your group on an annual basis, if that would be welcome.
