Description
Life is hectic. Finding time out feels almost impossible. We want to pray, we want to reflect, but when we do find a snatched moment to ourselves, we remain distracted.
I've designed this space to help you reconnect with your breath, to gently stretch your body, and to listen... to the voice of your inner wisdom, and to the voice of your Beloved.
We will meditate with scripture, we will journal, we will use creative means to listen to the Spirit.
We will sit with Love.
I hope you will come away feeling centred, refreshed and assured of your belovedness.

What will I need?
You will need
- A phone, tablet or computer with updated Zoom software, and a level of comfort in using Zoom
- Ideally, a private space where you can engage with the retreat. Do ask others you share space with to respect your privacy, and that of the others on the call, during the event.
- A journal or some paper and a pen
- Comfy clothes, especially loose or stretchy trousers
- Optional: Yoga mat, a drink, and perhaps a candle or something else to help define your sacred space
Is this a Christian Retreat?
Yes, this retreat will centre Christian scripture and/or art and have as its primary purpose the intention of growing in intimacy with Christ.
To this end, we will use embodied practice based on Yoga asanas, breath practices, contemplative prayer approaches from the Christian tradition.
I can't attend this date - will it be recorded?
Yes! Each month's mini-retreat will be recorded and available to use in your own time for four weeks. If you'd like to join us but the timing doesn't work for you, please do register and the link will be emailed to you after it has finished.
